How to configure Eudora Email for Multiple
Accounts
So you are using Eudora to check your email. Great! Here is
a guideline
for configuring Eudora to check multiple email accounts. |

With Eudora open and running.
Click on TOOLS from the drop down menus. Select Personalities. |

In the upper left-hand window, where it shows the DOMINANT (Or main,
primary) account, right click and select NEW. |

The New Accounts Wizard appears. Select CREATE A BRAND NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT,
click NEXT. |

Type in the Name for this Personality (Other Email Account). Click the
NEXT button. |
|
Type in the name you would like people receiving your email to see whom
it is from. E.G John Doe. Click the
NEXT button. |
|
Type in the email address of the new account. Click the NEXT button. |
|
Type in the account’s username. E.G. John+DOMAIN.COM the email
address, but replace the ‘@’ symbol with the ‘+’ symbol.
Click the NEXT button. |

The name of your incoming mail server is mail.DOMAIN.COM It is a POP
mail server.
Click NEXT. |
|
The name of the outgoing mail server is also mail.DOMAIN.COM Do not
(remove the check if needed) check the box marked ALLOW AUTHENTICATION
for outgoing email.
Click the NEXT button. |

Congratulations, you have successfully completed configuring a second
email account in your Eudora email program. Click the FINISH button. |

Now, when you click the CHECK MAIL button, Eudora will check for email
on BOTH mail servers.
You can also check mail on one or the other account by RIGHT clicking on
the account name listed on the left-hand side and selecting CHECKMAIL. |
| You can repeat that for EACH account.
